Vendors remain responsible for their products and services.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining account security;
Keeping login credentials confidential;
Providing accurate information; and
Reporting suspected unauthorised access.

4. MARKETPLACE

Products and services may be offered by independent vendors.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality and fulfilment of their listings.

NGSPHERE may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase.

Orders may be subject to vendor acceptance, product availability and payment confirmation.

NGSPHERE may cancel transactions involving fraud, errors, unavailability or other legitimate circumstances.

6. PRICES

Prices are determined by vendors unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges such as delivery, taxes or disclosed service charges may apply.

7. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through NGSPHERE or authorised payment providers.

Users must provide accurate payment information.

8. DELIVERY

Delivery arrangements may vary by vendor and location.

Delivery estimates are not necessarily guarantees.

NGSPHERE is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the NGSPHERE Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy, together with applicable law.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

Commit fraud;
Impersonate others;
Upload malicious software;
Attempt unauthorised access;
Manipulate reviews;
Sell unlawful goods;
Violate intellectual-property rights;
Harvest personal information unlawfully;
Circumvent security controls; or
Use NGSPHERE for unlawful purposes.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting content, users grant NGSPHERE the permissions reasonably necessary to display and operate that content on the platform.

13. REVIEWS

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences.

Fraudulent, misleading, abusive or manipulated reviews may be removed.

Use of NGSPHERE is also governed by the NGSPHERE Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. SUSPENSION

NGSPHERE may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or other legitimate reasons.

16. DISCLAIMER

NGSPHERE seeks to provide a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all marketplace listings will always be accurate or available.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, NGSPHERE will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users and independent vendors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
