Repeated failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension.

7. Vendor Fees and Commission

Vendor fees, verification fees, commissions, and service charges shall be communicated separately and may vary based on vendor category.

Ngsphere reserves the right to review and adjust fees with reasonable notice.

8. Customer Service Standards

Vendors are expected to:

• Treat customers respectfully.
• Respond to inquiries promptly.
• Honour legitimate warranties and return obligations.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism.

9. Vendor Ratings and Reviews

Customers may rate and review vendors based on their experience.

Ngsphere reserves the right to investigate suspicious ratings, reviews, or complaints.

10. Suspension and Termination

Ngsphere may suspend or terminate a vendor account for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Misrepresentation.
• Repeated customer complaints.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Conduct that damages the reputation of Ngsphere.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ngsphere provides a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors.

Vendors remain solely responsible for the products and services they offer.
